Return Policy

At Berklan Design, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our handcrafted furniture. Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

Custom Orders: Since each piece is made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders. We encourage thorough communication during the design process to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

Non-Custom Items: For any non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. A restocking fee of 20% may apply. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to repair the item or provide a replacement.

Order Cancellations: Cancellations of custom orders are accepted within 48 hours of order placement. After this period, a cancellation fee of 20% may apply to cover materials and labor already invested.
