Production Timeframe: Once your order is finalized, we will provide an estimated production timeline, typically ranging from 6-8 weeks.

Shipping Methods: We partner with reputable carriers specializing in handling fine furniture to ensure your piece arrives safely. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the item and will be detailed in your order summary.

Delivery Scheduling: Upon completion, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. Please ensure that the delivery path and location in your home are prepared to receive the new piece.

Inspection Upon Delivery: We take great care in packaging our furniture. However, we ask that you inspect your piece upon arrival and report any damage to us within 48 hours so we can address any issues promptly.
